What is the Ambassador Program?
Ambassadors for Aesthetic Portraits are my main and exclusive spokesmodels
(marketing reps).
A brand ambassador is someone who represents Aesthetic Portraits and what we stand for.
Empowerment, Self-love, Kindness, and Unity.
We are kind, supportive and relatable to individuals and families of all walks of life.
It starts with your fun and unique modelling session and continues through a 6-month contract.
As an Ambassador, you will receive a portrait session every 3 months (2 sessions per contract), which is shot on location and typically runs 1-2 hours.
I'll work with you on posing and wardrobe selection to create truly amazing modelling images I'm sure you will love to show off!
After your session, we'll tag you with studio branded (watermarked) photos on Facebook, create a cover image for your own Facebook & release your first batch of marketing images.
Now this is where you excel to help Aesthetic Portraits by telling all of your friends about how much fun and what your experience was like. We want you to encourage them to choose Aesthetic Portraits for their photography needs, BUT our side of the deal isn't over yet; as you refer your friends, they'll let us know you referred them, and they will also be rewarded with a $25 Aesthetic Portraits print credit.
Each referral is complete once the referred client has completed their session. You can redeem your incentives after you complete each tier, or stack rewards and redeem at the end of your 6-month contract.
All Ambassadors that refer 25+ sessions to Aesthetic Portraits will qualify for an additional 6-month contract with a $0 administrative fee.

Your Role, Our Expectations:
Are you passionate about photography and love sharing beautiful moments? Join our Aesthetic Portraits Ambassador Program and help us spread joy and creativity! Here’s what we’re looking for in our ambassadors:
Who We’re Looking For:
Must be 21 years or older. (If you’re looking for Junior & Senior Ambassador programs, reach out directly.)
Open to everyone — all genders, body types, and backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
Should have an active and engaged social media presence (no strict follower count, but high engagement is important).
Passionate about promoting positivity and creativity in our community.
Ambassador Responsibilities:
Stay Connected: Follow Aesthetic Portraits on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Share the Love: Post images from your sessions on your personal social media profiles (You will be sent at least 3 images per week throughout your contract, along with corresponding social media posts, if needed).
Spread the Word: Share Aesthetic Portraits' promotions, events, and content on your social media at least 2 times a week.
Tell Your Story: Share how your experience with us has impacted you.
Credit Aesthetic Portraits: Always tag Aesthetic Portraits in any post featuring images we’ve taken during the 6-month contract.
Be Kind and Authentic: Represent Aesthetic Portraits with positivity, warmth, and authenticity. Our ambassadors are an extension of our brand!
Additional Requirements:
Nominal Administrative Fee: Pay a small $125 administrative fee to confirm your spot in the program + 2 model sessions, and agreement to the contract.
Model Release: Sign a model release allowing Aesthetic Portraits to use your images for marketing purposes.
6-Month Commitment: Agree to a 6-month Brand Ambassador contract.
Be Camera-Friendly: Comfortable being featured in photos and videos.
Confidence and Comfort: Comfortable in front of the camera and confident in sharing your story.
Leave Your Mark: Provide a review on Aesthetic Portraits’ Yelp, Google, and Facebook pages.
A Couple Things We Ask:
No commercial use or royalties from your model session images.
Keep it all Positive — we’re all about positivity and good vibes.

Contracts are initially for 6 months and can be renewed based on mutual agreement and performance. If you love being part of our team, you’re welcome to continue!

Ambassadors are selected based on their application submission. Once the application is reviewed and approved, and the administrative fee is paid, you’ll receive an email confirmation welcoming you to the program.

Ambassadors should share a mix of content that includes images from your sessions with Aesthetic Portraits, personal stories or experiences, behind-the-scenes moments, and promotions or events related to Aesthetic Portraits. We encourage creativity and authenticity in your posts!

Ambassadors earn rewards after completing each referral tier. You can redeem rewards immediately after each tier is complete or choose to stack rewards for a larger incentive. We offer flexibility to ensure you get the most out of your ambassadorship!
